We are based in a beautiful barn conversion studio with exposed beams, just a 1 minute walk away from Ouse Valley Park and Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve. The perfect location for a walk before or after your appointment. You can even spot cows, horses and lambs here in the Spring!

Please drive into the Courtyard and around the corner to find our Entrance. We recommend that you park just outside of our Reception. This is much easier when travelling with bags, prams and wheelchairs! Please look out for our on-site signage when you arrive.​​
